At New Shop Mart, we value your trust and satisfaction above all else. Each product we offer is carefully curated to meet the highest standards of luxury and authenticity. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and transparent return and exchange process.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 24 hours from the date of product delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging, along with the original invoice.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The return request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product has been used, altered, or tampered with.

  • The product is not in its original condition or missing original packaging.

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse by the customer.


Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged or defective, you may return it unused and in its original packaging.

Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim related to damage, exchange, or return.

Without a clear and continuous unboxing video, such claims cannot be accepted or processed.

Once the returned item is received and verified by our quality team, the exchange or return process will be completed within 5–10 business days.


Order Cancellation & Store Credits

If you wish to cancel an order, refunds will be issued in the form of store credits equivalent to the order value.

These credits can be used for any future purchase on NewShopMart.com.

To request store credits, please reach us through our official communication channels — Phone, WhatsApp, or Email.

If the order has already been shipped and a cancellation request is made thereafter, a deduction of ₹100 will apply towards shipping and packaging costs before issuing store credits.


Refunds to Original Payment Method

If you have requested a direct refund, the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

This timeline depends on your respective bank or payment provider, and we appreciate your patience while the transaction is processed.
